There are two ink families for two machine configurations, and we stock all of it in-house, so you order the exact inks, fluids and heads matched to the machine you run. The UV Ink System — Two Families, Matched to Your Configuration
The line runs on UV-curable ink, cured on contact by a UV LED so the colour sets the instant it lands instead of running or smudging. There are two ink families, and which one you order depends on how your machine is configured — not on a separate brand for each model.
7-colour — CMYK + W + Lc + Lm for smooth gradients, skin tones, and dark or transparent substrates
UV-curable ink — flat, full colour
This is the everyday ink for flat, full-colour printing. It's a 7-colour system — CMYK plus white (W), light cyan (Lc) and light magenta (Lm) — for smooth gradients, clean skin tones, and the white underprint layer that keeps colour bright on dark or transparent substrates. If your machine prints flat colour on walls or floors, this is the family you resupply.
Runs on the flagship's UV LED configuration, the entry vertical machine, and the floor machine.
UV-gel relief ink — raised 3D texture
This heavier ink is what builds dual-layer 3D relief — raised, textured print you can feel, not just a flat image. If your machine is set up for layered relief, this is the family that feeds it.

Cleaning Fluids — Matched to the Ink Path
The ink path needs the right maintenance fluid to stay clear, and the wrong solvent is a fast way to damage a head. We supply cleaning and flushing fluids matched to the ink family your machine runs — for routine ink-path maintenance and for flushing between jobs or before storage.
Because the fluid is matched to the ink and the head, there's no chemistry mismatch to worry about. Order it with your ink so your maintenance kit stays complete.
Print Heads — Tier-1 Piezo, Stocked as Spares
Every machine on the line prints with tier-1 piezo print heads — the industrial-grade head class we build the whole line around, the same class across every model (we keep head models under NDA, but the class is consistent). When a head reaches the end of its life, you resupply from the spare print heads we stock in-house, shipped protected in a crate.
