Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the basis on which WallPrintGear ("we", "us", "our") offers wallprintgear.com and does business with you. WallPrintGear is a factory-direct wall printer manufacturer, and this page is written in plain terms so you know where you stand — how the site may be used, and how inquiries, quotes, orders, payment, shipping, warranty and disputes are handled. By using the site or contacting us, you accept these Terms. If you have any questions about them, email us at [email protected].
1 Introduction / Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of wallprintgear.com and your dealings with WallPrintGear through the site, its inquiry form and email correspondence. By using the site or contacting us, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
2 About Us / Scope
WallPrintGear is a factory-direct wall printer manufacturer. These Terms cover your use of wallprintgear.com and the general basis on which we quote and do business; the specific commercial terms of any transaction are set out in the quote and order we agree with you, not on this page. They do not cover any third-party website that may be linked from our pages — those sites have their own terms, and we recommend you review them separately.
3 Use of the Site
You agree to use wallprintgear.com lawfully and reasonably. You may not misuse the site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping it in a way that burdens it, or using it to infringe anyone's rights. The site and its content are provided for business and information purposes; you may view and share it for those purposes, but not misrepresent it as your own or use it in a misleading way.
4 Inquiries, Quotes & Orders
Sending us an inquiry, and receiving a quote in return, does not create a binding contract. A quote is an invitation to proceed; a contract is formed only when an order and its terms are agreed in writing between you and WallPrintGear. Until then, either side may decline to proceed. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them, and are based on the specification, configuration and quantities discussed — if those change, the quote may be revised.
5 Trade & Payment Terms
Commercial terms are settled on your order, not fixed on this page. In general:
- Payment structure. Orders typically run on a deposit-and-balance structure agreed on your order — the exact split is set in your quote and order, not fixed here.
- Payment methods. A letter of credit (L/C) may be available as a payment option, and third-party escrow is available on request — arranged with you where it suits the transaction.
- Minimums and lead time. MOQ and lead-time are settled on your order and confirmed in your quote — we don't fix them on the site, because they depend on the machine, configuration and quantity.
- Pricing. Pricing is factory-direct and given by quote (see §6) — we do not post prices on the site.
6 Pricing
Pricing is factory-direct and given by quote. Because equipment, configuration and quantity vary from order to order, we do not post prices on wallprintgear.com — you receive a quote against your specific requirement. A quote reflects the scope discussed with you; if the scope changes, the price may change accordingly. Any taxes, duties or charges that apply to your transaction are identified in the quote or order.
7 Shipping, Delivery & Risk
We ship factory-direct, and you can order a single unit — there is no full-container minimum to start. The shipping method, incoterms, delivery window and the point at which risk passes to you are settled on your order and confirmed in your quote, since they depend on destination and logistics. Transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery is covered — please inspect your shipment on arrival and let us know promptly, with supporting detail, so we can put it right. The freight-leg risk within that window is not yours to absorb.
8 Warranty
Equipment supplied by WallPrintGear carries a 12-month parts warranty, and we keep spare parts in-house so the machines you buy keep running rather than getting orphaned. The warranty covers parts found to be defective in normal, correct use; it does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions. The full warranty scope for your order is set out in your quote and order documentation. We provide a defined 12-month parts warranty — a real window we stand behind, not a "lifetime" claim.
9 Returns, Refunds & Disputes
If something isn't right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it. Returns, refunds and disputes are handled case by case, against the approved quote and order, taking into account the nature of the issue, the machine involved and what was agreed. Our aim is a fair, workable resolution reached by discussion; where a return or adjustment is appropriate, we agree the arrangements with you directly. Please raise any concern with us promptly so we can address it while the details are fresh.
10 Intellectual Property
The content of wallprintgear.com — including text, layout, graphics, product descriptions, and the WallPrintGear name and marks — is owned by WallPrintGear or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist. Nothing on the site transfers any intellectual-property right to you.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WallPrintGear is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of wallprintgear.com or its content, and the site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties as to its content beyond those required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our responsibilities in respect of equipment you order are those set out in your quote, order and the warranty in §8.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is registered, and any disputes relating to them are handled there. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws that apply to you.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we do business or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of wallprintgear.com after any change means you accept the updated Terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
